Second... Today is the day we find out if baby #8(affectionately nicknamed "broccoli") is a boy or a girl!!! I'm so anxious and excited...3:30 can't get here soon enough. It's taken us so long to get to this point for this much wanted baby, I just want everything to be OK.
Third.... I think this is my year of small quilts. I made one in January, one in February, and now I've already made two in March. The first one I will share with you next month, it's part of a set for my niece who is expecting boy/girl twins(I have the girl one made so far). And then I was asked to make a lap quilt this weekend for a "grammie" at school who is leaving. I bought the fabric last year with the intention of it becoming a quilt, but never got around to it... it's nice to see if finally being used and I like the color combo :)

What an exciting day!! Back in my day, we didn't get to know the sex before the birth, but as the grandmother of 2, who is awaiting the arrival of twin boys, and our first little granddaughter, I know how exciting these days are!! I'll be thinking of you, and anxiously awaiting word! Isn't it funny how we've never met, but I can't wait to find out who will be joining your big, happy family!! Love and Blessings to you.
