I thought I would share another one of my collections with you. These little critters reside in my upstairs hallway in a clock that my dad made. It's my squirrel and nut collection....
The large acorn birdhouse came from the local prison store that is filled with wonderful handmade wood products. The fabric acorn came from Ebay many years ago. The two squirrels on the tree are actually salt and pepper shakers and were a goodwill find. And the little tiny squirrel was from my miniature collection as a little girl.
This huge ceramic acorn was another goodwill find. I'm sure it was some homemade ceramic 70's project, but I just couldn't pass it up, even though the colors are a bit harsh. And the little grass squirrel is from a Fair Trade party.
This ceramic squirrel is from target or walmart(don't remember which one). Two more fabric acorns and another set of salt and pepper shakers from goodwill. The little acorns in all the pics are from pottery barn.

I may be starting my own collection. First I found a pair of acorn salt and pepper shakers at GW for Thanksgiving. Then I found a fun squirrel at a craft fair and then another acorn and squirrel combo. I have 3, does that mean I now have a collection? Have a good day.
