Weigh in Sunday...

It's that time of week again, WW weigh in for me. I hope you don't mind me posting this on my blog, but it's a nice way for me to keep a tally on myself.
So after Super Bowl Sunday(with some lower cal versions of yummy treats), Mason's birthday with cupcakes and icecream, and one night of take out pizza(oh how that tasted so good!), oh and one night of tummy sickness, I lost 3lbs for the week. My total so far is 6.6 lbs gone. And because of that, they took a food point away from me :( , guess I need to get used to that, right? My measurements went like this for the week... chest - 1", waist - 1.5", hips -1.5", arms -.5", still nothing off the thighs. I need to figure out some leg exercises because the other exercises I am doing are working.
Onto another week and I hope I can keep this up, it seems like baby steps but I know they will add up.

  2. How wonderful! Not fair to take a point away from you, though! I'm back at it again tomorrow. The points go fast, don't they? And with this cold weather, a cuke is just not cutting it! LOL

  5. Congrats on the weight loss...keep it up. Do you walk? That will help shape you up. I went to the gym for the first time in forever and took a body pump class...my legs are aching but hopefully the next time, they will be better...we did a lot of lunges....that really works the legs. Also try running up and down a flight of steps a bunch of times...

  6. Congratulations...My friend was told when she was on WW that you didn't put the weight on in a few months so it won't come off in a few months..I guess that makes sense..Just keep trudging along..It's all good..Have a great week..

  8. Well done Tiff,over 6lb in 2 weeks that a great weight loss.I have lost 8lb and it's taken me 4 weeks,so I know how very hard it can be.you had partys too.Go girl you are doing great( just think of those lovely summer clothes )love Laura.
